Why our workshop matters on a big house
On a landed job the carpentry package can run to dozens of pieces across several floors. Building them in our own workshop means one set of measurements, one finish standard across the house, and installation sequenced with the rest of the works rather than waiting on a supplier. If a piece needs adjusting, it goes back to Woodlands and comes back, not into a subcontractor’s backlog.
How a project runs
Share your floor plans
Send us the plans and a short brief for each floor, including the rooms you want to prioritise.
Site visit & measurement
We walk through the house and take the measurements needed to plan the works and carpentry.
Design & itemised quotation
Review the proposed design, room-by-room costs and works schedule. We can discuss phasing at this stage.
Site works & fabrication
Interior works progress on site while the carpentry is made in our Woodlands workshop.
Installation & handover
We install the carpentry floor by floor, complete the final checks and hand over the finished spaces.
Landed renovation FAQs
Can we renovate in phases?
Yes. The quotation is itemised by room, so you can start with the ground floor and kitchen and schedule the rest later.
Do you handle the whole project or only the carpentry?
The whole interior project. Carpentry is one part of it, and it happens to be the part we make ourselves.
Do you do exterior works?
Yes, through our partners. Tell us the scope and we will advise.
